It all began with supporting one of my favorite content creators. Unknowingly a giveaway was entered into when sending gifted subscriptions, and a brand new gaming pc was won! That gave an opportunity to learn and to grow and inadvertently get to where we are as a service today. We have worked with over 50 clients; content creators and casual gamers alike.

How long does your service take?
Can take about 30-90 minutes, depending on which package suits your individual needs.
Should I upgrade my PC or get it tweaked?
Getting your PC tweaked is much more cost efficient and worthwhile; you could have a good pc, your just not running it at what it's capable of.
I have one laptop and one desktop PC, can I dual stream using the laptop?
Yes you can... with either a capture card or NDI. I personally would recommend NDI, it's more cost efficient and offers lower latency than the traditional "capture card" method.
Is your service in person or online?
Our service is run online; we use a remote service program to take control of your pc.
I have a single stream PC setup... can i still get my PC optimised and stream without issues?
Streaming on a single stream setup will always have more delay. However, there are lots of useful tips and tricks that can help you minimize this process.
When booking a session and we go overtime do i have to pay extra?
No you do not, if we have to go overtime for any reason you don't have to pay anything extra.
